Classe 1991, Stefano (per gli amici Scerny) è il Mastro Birraio e ideatore del birrificio Fermento Marso.
La passione per i fermentati e la birra in particolare nasce negli anni del liceo, coltivata come hobby è diventata una scelta di vita con il conseguimento del diploma da Birraio Artigiano presso l’Accademia dei Birrai Artigiani dell’Istituto DIEFFE di Padova.

Birraio di scuola anglosassone ha sperimentato negli anni le sue ricette con il preciso scopo di rendere omaggio alla grande tradizione delle Real Ales inglesi.
